Why do you need my information?

We collect only the information necessary to help you reflect, communicate, and grow. This includes your email to create your account, your journal entries and conversations so you can revisit and track your growth, and optional mood data or preferences to personalize your experience. We never sell your data.

Do you read my private thoughts?

No one on our team reads your entries. Your reflections are encrypted and processed securely. Our AI analyzes tone and patterns solely as a tool to help you, never to judge, monitor, or profile. Privacy is at the heart of everything we do.

Do you share my data with third parties?

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or external AI training models. If we ever partner with mental health or safety providers in the future, you will be asked to opt in — not auto-enrolled.

Do you use cookies?

Yes, we use cookies to improve your experience, keep you logged in, and analyze app usage. These cookies help us make Fierza better while protecting your personal journal content. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be affected.

Can I delete my data?

Absolutely. You are in control. You can delete your journal entries, conversations, or entire account at any time from your settings. Deleted data is permanently wiped from our systems within 7 days.

How long do you keep my data?

We keep your data as long as you are actively using Fierza to support your reflection and growth. If your account is inactive for 18 months, we will send you a notice. After 24 months of inactivity, we will delete your account to protect your privacy and safety.

What if someone uses Fierza in a harmful way?

Fierza is a space for emotional healing, not harm. We don’t monitor your private content, but if serious harmful or illegal activity is detected, our systems may anonymously flag it for review. In rare cases, limited information such as an IP address or timestamp may be retained or shared only if legally required and after human review. Our focus remains on protecting emotional safety, not punishment.

How do you handle my emotional data with AI?

Our AI analyzes your tone and emotional patterns only to provide personalized, compassionate responses and insights. This analysis is conducted anonymously and securely, always with your wellbeing as the top priority.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your journal entries and conversations anytime for your personal use.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password through the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. A secure reset link will be emailed to you.
