Public Statement Regarding My Experience with Workplace Bullying and Retaliation

Over the past several years, I have experienced—and carefully documented—a sustained pattern of workplace bullying, unethical practices, and systemic failures of accountability within a corporate environment.

While I am choosing not to name the organization at this time, I believe it is important to share this truth transparently:

– I reported multiple incidents of bullying, discrimination, and psychological retaliation, supported by extensive evidence, which were consistently ignored or minimized.
– I escalated my concerns through every appropriate internal channel, including the highest levels of leadership, compliance, and HR.
– I was subjected to further retaliation for raising these concerns, including efforts to undermine my credibility and isolate me professionally.
– I witnessed a culture that prioritized protecting reputations over protecting people.

I am sharing this because silence only benefits those committed to maintaining a façade of integrity at the expense of others’ well-being.

To anyone who has been made to feel disposable, intimidated, or complicit in environments like this: You are not imagining it. You are not alone.

I have retained all documentation and am prepared to share it if necessary.

So many things to consider as I make my next move.
