The harm inflicted on me is not just a personal matter—it is a reflection of a system that allowed it to happen and refuses to be held accountable.

I have been patient, clear, and detailed. Still, my voice is met with silence or bureaucratic delay.

This is not just about me—it is about standing up for every person who deserves dignity and respect in the workplace.

I demand immediate and genuine accountability. Anything less is a failure to protect those who trusted this institution.

I will continue to speak my truth until justice is served.
