I am coming forward with a full account of the abuse, bullying, and retaliation I endured in my workplace, Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU). This is not just my story—it is a call to action for justice and change.
Let it be clear:
Hannah was not part of the wrongdoing. She was one of the few who consistently acted professionally and tried to do the right thing, even when others chose to remain silent or complicit.
Attached, you will find detailed documentation, timelines, and conversations that support my claims, showing a clear pattern of neglect, mistreatment, and systemic failure.
The harm caused to me is real and lasting—both physically and emotionally. It includes violations of laws, policies, and basic human decency.
Despite raising concerns in good faith, I was met with silence, dismissal, and ultimately placed on administrative leave—punishing the victim instead of addressing the problem.
I demand:
- Public acknowledgment of the wrongdoing and failures.
- A genuine apology.
- Removal of those responsible from their positions.
- Appropriate reparations for the damage caused.
- Commitment to systemic change to prevent this from happening again.
This release is a transparent call for accountability. The truth is no longer hidden, and silence is no longer an option.
